In a city like Brussels with such an abundant choice of restaurants it is absolutely necessary to stand out, to offer something different.

Service, interior, music, lighting, decoration and table settings are all simple yet well thought through. The Nouveau Taste Team ensures a perfect service but has left the white gloves and the typical hotel restaurant uniforms aside for a more relaxed look.
