For each 10 rooms and / or 10 participants to an event we are offering complimentary room and/ or 1 meeting package for each 11th room and / or each 11th participant.
Conditions:
Offer valid upon availability for bookings for 2013 and 2014 confirmed before 30th September 2013. Events booked with this promotion qualify for the IHG loyalty programs.
Conditions apply:
1. Promotion applies to new bookings only
2. The complimentary services will be calculated for each day according to the final/actual guaranteed number of rooms/participants for each day of the event/group.
3. The promotion applies only to services paid by company (so not individually paid by each guest)
4. Promotion cannot be combined with other existing promotions or flash sales.
5. No refunds in cash will be offered in exchange of the complimentary services.
6. Promotion can be combined with loyalty programs points collections or gift awards.
