Quality Excellence Award

For the third year in a row, the Crowne Plaza Brussels Le Palace has won the Quality Excellence Award for IHG Hotels in EMEA (among over 700 hotels).

That shows real consistency in Quality delivery to our guests!

The criteria for this is the percentage of satisfaction given by our clients when they fill the satisfaction survey in their room. Only 2 IHG hotels were recognized in the Benelux, Crowne Plaza Bruges and Crowne Plaza Brussels

and only 4 Crowne Plaza in the whole of EMEA together with Crowne Plaza Dublin Northwood and Crowne Plaza Deadsea
